- Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?
- A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses is privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!
- Q: Do I have to make any payment or pay any fees to earn a commission?
- A: Yes. Free members can build, learn, and share starter BuzzTrakr pages, but cash commissions are reserved for active paid members on Pro, Business 1, Business 2, or Custom White Label plans.
- Q: What are my membership payment options?
- A: Members have the option to have membership fees drawn from their earned commissions. You can activate this option once you have enough available commissions and qualifying paid members in your powerline. Once activated, your account floor limit is set to the monthly fee amount — a balance must remain in your account to cover your fees. Important: if we are unable to receive payment and there are insufficient funds to cover your fees when due, you are given 5 days to correct the issue, after which your account is converted to FREE status and your powerline is passed to your active sponsor.
- Q: Do paid members earn different commissions?
- A: Yes — the paid-member comp plan can be found here.
- Q: When do I get paid?
- A: Eligible unpaid commissions can be requested for withdrawal once they meet the minimum withdrawal amount, currently $40.00. Processing times vary by payment method and account review. Any team-builder or bonus-pool payments are subject to the current compensation plan and eligibility rules. If you are unable to set up a PayPal account, a cheque can be issued (minimum $100, a $5.00 processing fee applies).
- Q: Do I have to pay for a membership to advertise on Buzz?
- A: No. You need a free account (free membership is enough). Paid membership is not required to buy impression packs or order a custom banner design.
- Q: Who sees my ads?
- A: Your free and bonus banners are always shown on Buzz Media Network web properties, many properties owned by our members, and remnant contract ad space. Paid ads are also placed to be bid on by ad publishers.
- Q: How do I cancel a paid account?
- A: Your paid account remains active for 30 days from your previous payment. Simply cancel your recurring payment at your payment service and your account reverts to a FREE account. You can also request cancellation by email, received a minimum of 5 business days prior to your next automatic payment. All purchased or bonus credits and pages remain available to you. Note: by cancelling a paid account you give up your powerlines and affiliate status. If your account has unpaid commissions exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold, a withdrawal request must be made prior to cancelling.
